Individual attention

We work closely with our clients taking the specific requirements of each individual property into consideration. Issues include the location of glass in question and a consideration of the hazards in the area immediately surrounding the glass to determine whether it is high, medium or low risk.  The client can then make a decision on the actions recommended based on their individual requirements.

Consideration is taken into the use of the building and the use of the areas surveyed. The risk assessment can take into account the hazards surrounding glazing in various locations. A meeting is always held before starting the survey to consider additional hazards such as wet break areas, special needs rooms and unsupervised walkways in schools, the risk assessed survey can then take this into account.
